Shipping Policy

At Atori Gifting, we ensure that every hamper is carefully packed and dispatched with utmost attention to detail so that it reaches you in the best possible condition. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely shipping across India.

Once an order is shipped, delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier service availability. We request customers to ensure accurate shipping details while placing the order to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Atori Gifting, customer satisfaction is important to us. As all our hampers are carefully curated and often customized, we currently entertain returns or replacements only in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.

If you receive a damaged product, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and/or videos of the damaged items along with your order details via email at:

atorigifts@gmail.com

Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, we will offer either:

  • a replacement for the damaged product, or

  • a refund, depending on the nature and feasibility of the request.

Please note that requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund consideration.
